GuideWELD LIVE WPS Editor

Welcome to the guideWELD® LIVE WPS Editor where you can create your own custom WPSs. Below are requirements and directions for creating your own custom WPSs.

HARDWARE:

• SD Card (supplied by Realityworks)
• SD Card Reader
• Computer with Internet Access

PRODUCT:

• Helmet Version 1304 or above - to view in your guideWELD LIVE helmet go to Main Menu>Setup>Firmware>Versions (if you have a lower version, contact Product Support for the free feature upgrade)
• For SMAW/Stick welding: Speed Shield and Stick Calibration Fixture (if you do not have Stick capabilities, contact Product Support for the free feature upgrade)

Supported Operating Systems:

• Win7, Win8, Win8.1, Win10, MAC 10.6 or higher
• Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome (Chrome recommended; Safari is not supported)

Directions:

1. Click on the WPS Editor Form Page button below and complete the WPS Editor Form to your specifications (a printable WPS form is located here, if you would like to fill it out before completing the web based form)
2. Correct any data in boxes outlined in red as this indicates errors in data entry.
3. Click the Generate button at the bottom of the screen.
